We are excited to welcome internationally traveling Balkan & Gypsy quartet Szkojáni Charlatans to Arcata. These musicians are based out of Hungary, and will be bringing Romanian and Hungarian folk tunes with a strong repertoire in Serbian, Bulgarian and Macedonian music. Guaranteed to be a high energy evening of virtuosic international folk music. The touring ensemble will consist of:

Kjartan Code (US): Vocals + Bass
Valentin Desmarais (FR): Saxophone
Janos Bito (HU): Accordion
Isaac Misri (US): Guitar and tambura
